1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using KOOKASH Markets ("KOOKASH", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to open an account. KOOKASH may decline or restrict service in jurisdictions where our products are not offered.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate identity and financial information during onboarding and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Trading & Order Execution
Orders are executed on a best-efforts basis subject to market conditions, liquidity, and applicable trading rules. Prices displayed are indicative until an order is filled, and execution speed is not guaranteed during periods of extreme volatility or system maintenance.
5. Fees
Applicable commissions, spreads, and other charges are described on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms. Fees may change with notice posted on the platform.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading stocks, ETFs, crypto, and forex/CFDs carries a risk of loss, including the potential to lose more than your initial deposit on leveraged products. Please review our Risk Disclosure before trading.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use KOOKASH for market manipulation, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, and may not attempt to circumvent our security or verification controls. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to the platform or other clients, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOOKASH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, market movements, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email before they take effect.
